In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions are available in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms & Conditions, and your acceptance is binding upon that party.

Access to and use of the vpi555 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, each of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. vpi555 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction in which access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Restricted Territory Resident: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from the Platform or from any other gambling platform pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force.

To access real-money gaming services on the Platform, you must create an Account by completing the vpi555 registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method details.
• You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or fictitious identity. Your Account details must match the name registered with your payment method (e.g., your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.
• vpi555 reserves the right to request documentation at any stage to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vpi555 may result in Account suspension.
• Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy in their entirety.

vpi555 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following security obligations apply to all Players:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must select a strong, unique password and update it regularly. vpi555 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• You must notify vpi555 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• vpi555 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vpi555 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless and until you notify vpi555 of a security breach.

All deposits to your vpi555 Account are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Methods: vpi555 accepts deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Accepted methods may change from time to time and are displayed on the deposit page of the Platform.
• Currency: All Account Balances and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via Indonesian payment channels.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Specific minimum amounts per payment method are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Processing Time: Deposits via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited to the Account Balance in real time. vpi555 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. vpi555 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Player. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits via the Account dashboard as part of the Platform's responsible gaming tools. vpi555 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account at its discretion.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your vpi555 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You must provide valid government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of payment method ownership, and any additional documentation requested by vpi555 before a withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to the Account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to BCA accounts are benchmarked at under 60 seconds following approval. Withdrawals to other banks and e-wallets are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment channel and applicable verification requirements.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. No maximum withdrawal limit applies to verified Accounts in good standing, subject to the Company's liquidity management policies.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are tracked separately in the Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal Fees: vpi555 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

vpi555 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out below:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Players in good standing who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual promotion. vpi555 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Specific promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates per game or game category are displayed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements that remain incomplete at the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Players may not combine multiple bonuses unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly permit it.
• Abuse Prevention: vpi555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, hedging strategies, and the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their winnings voided and their Account suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory or using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or glitches in game software to gain an advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of manipulation in relation to sporting events covered by the Sportsbook.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. vpi555 complies with applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vpi555 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its infrastructure, or another Player's Account.

All content on the vpi555 Platform — including but not limited to the vpi555 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of vpi555 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from vpi555.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the vpi555 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by vpi555.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and Account, and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vpi555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, server interruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or telecommunications failures.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game rules, which may be subject to human or technical error.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals, including delays, reversals, or refusals to process transactions.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, vpi555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vpi555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

vpi555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to protect vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• Age Verification: vpi555 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account identified as belonging to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all winnings voided.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account dashboard at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders and automatic session logout times to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion by contacting vpi555 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen reminders of the duration of a Player's current gaming session.

vpi555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by vpi555.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Access from a Restricted Territory or circumvention of geographic controls.
• Request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity.

In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, vpi555 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, the verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

vpi555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Where a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions, vpi555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13 above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vpi555 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact vpi555 customer support in the first instance. vpi555 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by vpi555's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from customer support.
